The passion for the culinary arts started as a young man. I cooked my first meal at the age of seven for my mother. Although the passion of the arts never left me, I joined the military immediately after graduating from high school. When I returned home, I began working as a semi-skilled labor worker for the Port of Oakland. After eight years of employment, I became injured and could no longer work at the Port. I entertained my passion for sports by becoming a football scout and coaching youth football. Since I never gave up on my passion for the arts of culinary, I decided to pursue my desire to learn more about the art by enrolling in Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts, Sacramento, California. My desires and passion flourished. Prior to graduating, my drive to become a Chef was tested when my past injuries returned and the need for surgery was necessary. Against the doctor’s recommendation, I returned to school immediately after to move forward with my mission to become one of the best. After a struggling final journey of my pursuit I graduated and became who I believe to be a visionary of the culinary arts. My expertise, attention to detail, and masterful artistry is a powerful combination that has earned me prestigious honors throughout the culinary world. Voted as the #1 Best Personal and Private Chef in 2016 throughout the Sacramento area by thumbtack.com. I had the opportunity to exhibit my art and vision alongside various Celebrities across the country. I enjoy the smiles that I create with my vision. Bon Appetite!
