4 lbs. Of Chicken Thighs
1 Red Bell Pepper
1 Green Bell Pepper
1 Red Onion, Sliced
1-2 Broccoli Crown or About 2 ½ Lbs., Separated
2 Butternut Squash Cut into Cubes
16×22 Sheet Pan
Use Your Favorite Chicken Season Or Kwazcancook All Purpose Rub
Or
1 Tbs Spoon Garlic Powder
Dash of Onion Powder
1 Tbs Paprika
1 Tbs Black Pepper
1 Tbs Salt
Pinch of Cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Rinse off Chicken and trim fat, put to the side
Rub grapeseed oil on the sheet pan and toss the squash and broccoli in oil, enough to coat, season with salt and pepper
Arrange squash broccoli on pan place chicken on top of squash & broccoli. Place red pepper slices and onions around the chicken.
Bake for 20-25 or until temp is 155 degrees take out remaining chicken will raise to 160 degrees (carry/over cooking time)
