Salmon is one of my favorite fish to cook. It is so healthy for you with the oils your body needs. It’s always best to buy wild opposed to farm raised because you want the salmon to take to its natural habitat and color. I decided to make Parmesan Crusted Wild Salmon with Vegetable Stir Fry and Chinese Yams. I was interested in seeing how the flavors were going to pair up.The Parmesan crust flavor along with the sweetness of the yams and a savory vegetable stir fry were Out of this World. None of the additional flavors overpowered the natural flavors of the Salmon. Hands down Parmesan Crusted Salmon and Chinese Yams are an excellent complement.
