When I think of Crab I think of San Francisco and Fisherman’s Wharf. When you walk around you can see the fisherman pulling up their cages full of Dungeness Crab.

Dungeness Crab gets its name from the small village of Dungeness located near Sequim Washington in Clallam County on the Olympic Peninsula.

So, I decided to roast some Dungeness Crab and make some garlic noodles. As I’m cleaning the crab, I hear music playing in the background. When the crab is in the oven roasting, I start cooking the noodles. I take them out and toss them with some garlic truffle oil, I take a small sauce pan melt some butter and cream and add herbs. By this time the crab is done and I toss the crab in the butter mixture and plate alongside the garlic noodles, Ummmm. Pour you a nice glass of Chardonnay or Pinot Gris and enjoy.
